Workshops are intensive explorations of practices, concepts, and ideas that you encounter in yoga classes, literature, and holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.

Workshops last usually few hours, but may stretch over a couple of days; they address different topics that are directly or indirectly connected to yoga. Topics include but are not limited to safe approaches for different postures, how to work around specific ailments and limitations, how to improve flexibility and strength in target parts of the body, meditation and relaxation, the use of bio-energy for healing and self-healing, nutrition, and EMF protection.

• Transform Immersion with Daniela Simina at Plum Tree Yoga

A practice developed around tuning into a specific energetic flux as determined through intuitive inquiry and raiding its waves to release blockages, rebalance and strengthen the energetic body, and align the chakras. This monthly practice is intended to set the body on the course of self- healing, regeneration, and making potential manifest. This is a monthly series, each session will focus on two chakras. Since this is an ongoing, cyclical practice, you can make up or revisit the chakras in case you skip a session or two.

Limited to 7 participants.

March 13, 1:00-3:00pm Chakras: Solar Plexus (3) and Heart (4)

April 10, 1:00-3:00pm Chakras: Throat (5) and Brow/Third Eye (6)

May 15, 1:00-3:00 Chakras: Crown (7) , Hands and Feet Chakras, Integration, and Shielding the Auric Field.

While it is recommend for participants to begin with the 1st Chakra and progress from there, this is NOT a requirement. Participants can join in at any moment they wish during this cycle, and make up whatever they miss when the new cycle will start all over again
