As a former dancer, I was a bit skeptical about how engaging yoga could be. My skepticism was defeated after attending my first class with Daniela. Her depth of knowledge is vast, her passion immediately present and her alignment cues are amazing. Wonderful classes on every level!

As a beginner, I have difficulties to follow instructions in a yoga class. "Yoga Fundamentals" has very detailed and clear guidance that I could easily follow. It made me aware for choosing modifications to individualize my practice.
I have tight back muscles and hamstrings. I was not sure if a Yoga DVD could help me customize my practice. Daniela provides modifications to help you adapt your practice to your desired level of intensity and flexibility level.
I was wondering if the Yoga Fundamentals program could really help me heal my sore back? To my surprise, working with props helped me get well. As a bonus, I also learned how to prevent further injuries.
I love Daniela's enthusiasm for what she does. Her passion is infectious and it is almost impossible not to connect with that. Through meditation and breathing techniques, Daniela provides you with the tools to practice being more grounded. I needed to gain a clearer perspective on who I am and where I am going.
During this retreat I learned to trust myself, and access all the tools and answers I already have inside myself.
I had never been on a retreat of this type: and I was intrigued by the idea of spending an entire weekend in Nature and away from my routine to devote to yoga and chakra work. I gained clarity about some issues I’ve been having. I enjoyed the community and energy of a wonderful group of people. I feel a sense of joy, and hope for new beginnings, coming back into my life.
Just returned to the practice in March 2015 after 40 years. All information received was extraordinary, and practices I had previously learned were enhanced. I feel more flexible, and stronger.
I wasn’t sure about how to live my yoga practice, to take it into my daily living so to speak. Here I’ve learned that it’s not just about doing what everyone says makes you happy and healthy, but knowing what’s best for your own happiness and health – know yourself.
My main interested was to gain a deeper understanding of yoga and meaning of energy. I felt a little heavy around the energy healing part, but am glad I exposed myself and opened to it. I have learned a lot, and I still have a lot to learn! The course has opened my mind: I understand the difference between systems and traditions, and comprehend better the similarities among them. Now I can experience energy by seeing and feeling it. I loved connecting with such wonderful women sharing this experience!
My main reason to attend the retreat was to do yoga, in a different setting, and in a different way then I do it routinely. I wanted to get away, be with yogis, and understand more about energy healing.
It was a lot of information at first, and I felt a little overwhelmed. I questioned whether I’d really get anything out of the energy healing part. Then I relaxed and listened, and everything came together. The four yoga classes were great, and they helped me to integrate all the information. It was during these classes that all came together for me.
I learned so much more then I thought I would. The teacher made all information attainable! I learned new things about yoga. I had a different experience of alignment, while practicing in a blindfold. I felt the connection between posture, breath, and the energy body. I really enjoyed the company of other women in the group. The property and the food –wonderful!

I was concerned about the amount and complexity of information to be covered in such short time. I didn’t really think it was one hundred percent attainable. Instead, this event has exceeded any expectations. We had covered all basics/foundation of energy healing. We received thorough instruction, and practiced a lot. I learned a lot about how yoga poses and breathing techniques influence one’s energy body, and how this further supports the energy healing work, for both the giver and the receiver. Now I have confidence in my ability to heal, and I trust my intuition. It was beyond just basics, yet fully attainable!
I wanted to learn more about energy healing. I knew a little before about energy healing but only enough to get me in trouble ☺ After this course I know that we can all have a deeper experience of energy, and we are all energy healers, whether we admit it or not! I learned that there are many traditions, which support the theory behind energy healing, and this knowledge is been handed down through thousands of years. For me it solidifies the argument; t he energy body is real, and this concept has stood the test of time, it is bigger then all of us, and it connects us all in subtle yet very powerful ways. I acknowledge the presence of healing energy. I learned and experienced that energy is available at all times for physical, emotional, spiritual healing. I’ve gained more clarity about different traditions in energy healing.
I signed up driven by curiosity, the perspective of doing yoga in a unique setting, and to learn new thing. I expected this retreat and course be a pleasant, mind opening in a very nice setting, with good food, and nice people for company. It was a totally delightful experience- all the way around. I benefitted particularly from relaxation, and a lot of yoga practice covering different aspects, such as the relationship with energy. I enjoyed learning, and the exposure to new ideas. I totally enjoyed making great new friends!
I signed up for this event because of Daniela, for her knowledge and teaching style. I wanted to go deeper within by better understanding energy, and learn about using energy as a healer. At first glance, even at a second one, it all seemed so esoteric – something I could not attain.
Yet now I can feel and see energy! I had a chance to rest by breaking away from daily routine. I enjoyed connecting once again with Daniela and her teaching, with her energy, and the energy of all fellow participants. I feel more comfortable with sensing energy and interacting with it to help others and myself. I am a yoga teacher, and some of my students joined me on this retreat. Spending sacred time with my students was priceless.
I joined the retreat encouraged by a couple of friends who signed up for it. I wanted to learn more about yoga and energy work, study and practice while enjoying company of friends. My concern was that it might not be enough energetic protection, that it could be too much of an ego outpour going on, and have energy drained from me because of it. I had been in situations where some people had such things happening to them, in “energy healing” settings.
I had my worries dispelled. The ethics were highly regarded; the level of responsibility shown by the instructor was very high – high level of integrity at all times. The main benefit was the reawakening of the seed for a more spiritual focus n my life. I enjoying stillness, and I enjoyed the community and the safety created.
I knew nothing about Kundalini and energy healing, so I was intrigued. I was initially concerned about knowing nothing about the energy body. The course outline looked dense and I didn’t know whether I’d be able to learn all that or not. I’m able to get my head around it now. It even happened faster then I thought it would be possible. I loved the interchange with other participants. The relaxed weekend had a very calming, distressing effect. Good food, no TV, lovely scenery, nice friends!
I signed up for this event because I enjoyed the previous one done in August, so much! Although I had prior experience with Pranic Healing course, and I am convinced of the basic principles of energy healing, I had doubts about my potential or abilities to be an energy healer. I realized through the weekend that with correct intention and applying the techniques that we were taught, I can use energy healing for myself and others. I feel energetically recharged, I am relaxed and happy, and my knowledge of energy healing has been enhanced
I wasn’t sure about how yoga could help me improve position and increase stability when riding. Working with Daniela and Equifit Yoga has enabled me to be a more confident, stronger rider. This practice strengthened my core, which resulted in better balance; it stretched my legs muscles, which facilitated heels down position. I highly recommend Equifit Yoga to any rider who wants to take their riding to the next level.
I tried different fitness modalities and approaches to condition my body specifically for riding, so I could improve show performance. I’ve wanted to achieve that level of body awareness and fitness that would make riding look effortless.
I tried yoga before and got disappointed, so I met Equifit Yoga with skepticism.
However, within a couple of weeks my riding instructor noticed a significant improvement about my heels down. Personally, I had noticed my abdominal muscles getting stronger, and with it I felt more stability and better balance in flat work and over jumps.
Daniela is one of the most knowledgeable teachers I have ever experienced. She can fine tune your yoga practice. I am an equestrian and a rower. Her deep understanding of anatomy brings endless benefits to me and my pursuits.
